Why should I consider buying a craft box?

We know how busy you are and we see how much fun children have when we work on crafts with them. Finding the time to shop and stock up on all the right materials can be difficult and often expensive. We do all the work by selecting and designing the crafts, testing, sourcing the materials, packing and organising the shipping every month to deliver the craft box to your doorstep.

Your children will benefit by spending quality time with you and developing skills like hand-eye coordination, following instructions and building confidence.

The craft projects are appropriate for kids age 3-7 and should be worked on with a parent or an adult. Parent participation is required.

 

How can I buy craft boxes?

You can either subscribe to receive a monthly box filled with 4 -5 fun crafts or you can purchase individual craft boxes.

  • Subscriptions – You can purchase a monthly subscription, or purchase subscriptions in 3- and 6–month increments. Your child will receive 4 – 5 crafts every month. If you have selected a monthly subscription you will be billed at the same time every month and can cancel at any time (as per our cancellation policy). If you select a 3 or 6 month subscriptions you will be charged for the full amount upfront. Subscriptions auto-renew until you choose to cancel.
  • Individual Craft Boxes – You can purchase individual craft boxes for a once off price.

 

What is the monthly craft box?

You will receive a box with 4-5 fun crafts each month. Each and every craft in the box is individually packaged and includes all the materials required to complete the craft together with full colour instructions and fun facts. Crafts can be used all at once or throughout the month.

 

When will I receive my first package?

Monthly craft boxes are generally shipped on the 15th of the month to ongoing subscribers. Individual boxes are shipped 2-3 days after the order is confirmed.

 

What is the cancellation policy for subscriptions?

Monthly and auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled through sending an email to  our contact email address info@buddingminds.co.za.

  • For monthly subscriptions, you must cancel by the 5th of the month to avoid getting charged and shipped the next month’s craft box. We charge your credit card on the 6th of the month.
  • For 3- or 6-month auto-renewing subscriptions, you can cancel after the initial prepaid term has been completed, but you must cancel before the 5th of the month to avoid getting charged for the next term that auto-renews.

Gift subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation.

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, if you have an issue with a kit, please contact us on info@buddingminds.co.za.

 

Where do you ship?

We only ship to addresses in South Africa.
